Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm, and members are asked to commit themselves to regular attendance at these. When a production is imminent, additional evening or weekend rehearsals may be held.

We rehearse at Horfield United Reformed Church, Muller Road, BS7 9RE on the corner of Downend Road and Muller Road.
Bristol Opera welcomes new members all year round. We like to let people
attend a number of rehearsals to get to know the group before they join
our company. Becoming a member is possible after an audition, but nobody
needs to be afraid of the audition as the process is very easy-going and
just requires singing your favourite song to our MD. We welcome all
those who enjoy singing: the ability to read music is not a necessity.
